Mango Body Butter
Our Mango Body Butter is hand-whipped with organic refined mango butter, 100% pure cold-pressed jojoba oil, and beeswax.
Mango butter contains salicylic acid and antioxidants, which help protect our skin from sun damage. It is rich in vitamins A, B6, C & E. It contains oleic, steric, and linoleic acids. It is a collagen booster and helps stimulate the skin’s natural healing process.
Jojoba oil is an antioxidant that mimics natural sebum. It softens, conditions and seals in moisture without clogging pores. It fights free radicals and oxidation which give us a more radiant complexion.
Beeswax, an age-old skincare ingredient, has analgesic, antioxidant, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. It helps damaged skin heal faster, relieves irritation, and promotes a healthy skin barrier to keep moisture locked in.
Choose between Unscented, Appa-Chai-Lachia, Hellbender Shimmer, Fruit of the Womb, and Wampus Cat:
* Unscented has no added essential oils or fragrances. In its pure state, there's a hint of fragrance from the natural ingredients. This gentle blend is perfect to help heal our skin (even our baby’s) and to use on our face.
* Appa-Chai-Lachia is a delicious blend that smells like a spicy warm vanilla chai latte; with cinnamon, ginger, clove, cardamom, and vanilla.
* Hellbender Shimmer is a fresh woodsy scent, it is citrus-forward, followed by earthy notes of cedarwood, cardamom, and patchouli, and ends with a warm hint of vanilla. We added a couple of dashes of mica powder to add a subtle shimmer to the skin.
*Fruit of the Womb is our attempt at bottling the enchanting smell of a newborn baby. It's a soft intoxicating scent leading with vine-ripened berries followed by warm vanilla and a hint of melon at the end.
* Wampus Cat is a complex fresh blend of spicy, woodsy, and citrus. It leads with floral and woodsy aromas of bergamot and sandalwood. Next, sweet citrus notes of mandarin followed by woodsy notes of cedarwood, patchouli, and balsam.
